As a lightning survivor, I used my skills and training in hypnotherapy, energy work and Feng Shui to heal myself.  I had to develop a system to "turn down the pain", regenerate new nerve connections, release stuck emotions and blocks, and regain my life back. Thus Energy First Aid Blueprint was born. 

My lifelong quest to understand the energies I have experienced all my life and how to use them in beneficial ways. I believe that we are always interacting with our environment on Multiple levels seen and unseen at the same time, everything we see feel taste touch or experience has an impact on us.

I have a lot of physics friends and clients, I was asked to give a pre-talk at the University of Santa Cruz, on how the body and heart can generate energy.   They said they had so many people that they overflowed into the hallways.

Driving my curiosity to find answers lead me to from the Appalachian Mountains, the West coast, most of the 50 states to the jungles of Costa Rica, UK, Italy, and China and to the top of the world in Lhasa, Tibet.   A journey of studying, discovering and enjoying this amazing planet, its people, animals and plants.

Einstein Equation:  E = mc2. It's the world's most famous equation, but what does it really mean? "Energy equals mass times the speed of light squared." On the most basic level, the equation says that energy and mass (matter) are interchangeable; they are different forms of the same thing.
